Tinting input needed

There's an '07/'08 Harley down the road from me with a screwed up front end, but his grille is completely in tact. I've contemplated dropping by and asking if I can swap it out.

Because it's been there for a while and right now my cash needs to go elsewhere. I don't think it's going anywhere soon. I'm pretty sure most of the truck is in tact (tails, wheels, tires, grille, etc). I forget exactly where the damage is, but it's enough to be totaled apparently. I was surprised since so much else was still there.

I would say go 5% all around and 5% brow. I rode in my truck when the p.o. had the windshield 35%. I liked it in daylight with good weather.

I have 5% on top of factory for my 5 other windows and it's plenty dark.I do agree backing up at night can be a BITCH.

For night and ESPECIALLY bad weather I find it easier/safer with no tint on the windshield.

I'm not against front tint I think it makes a vehicle look nicer and on sunny days it's awesome. I just prefer the option of sunglasses if it's still to light in the cab.

I'm still debating adding the 5% brow and am leaning towards it for when I have to drive into the sun. I don't use my visor. To much crap in the organizer.

On my back windows I have the factory 15% and 5% on top. Pretty much double limo. On the fronts I have limo tint. On the windshield I have a limo brow and doing 50% maybe darker on my front. It is my truck and my choice.

windshield should be done tomorrow if all goes to plan

^^^^ thanks fellas me either. It's at the shop now getting the 35 put on the new windshield and then it goes in. Hope to have it back before 5. It'll need a good washing though. It's covered in bugs and pollen now
