Gotchya I am pretty sure that is for version 2 only. I am in the process of ordering it right now. It will allow me to have an economy tune, 2 different towing tunes, a hot tune that I am running right now an a extremely hot tune. I am tired of uploading between tunes. :thumbs:
Alright I gotcha, I have been trying to read about the stuff but I am one of those guys that needs to see the action happen. I need the hands on aspect of it, so when I get it I will probably just change one thing at a time until I get the whole process straight in my head.

That's probably the best way to do it. When I was working on tunes for the truck, I would make an edit and create a new save-file for just that edit. That made it a lot easier to go back to a previous setup that I knew worked correctly..

Yeah that's what I plan on doing, like Carl said the other day. Make 20 copies so you always have a good one to go back to if all goes haywire.:dunce:

The DSP5 switch's are only for diesels.
J-Rod-And why not go with the V2. Since you are pre 07 you don't need it but there are lotsa sweet features with the V2 :thumbs:

Two reasons, money and knowledge. The price difference between V1 and V2 is about the money I needed for my wideband. I just dumped another $800 last night on gauges and mounts. I'm just trying to save where I can. I will probably never unlock all of the features of V1.
