Yeah you'll be fine. Don't know how he mixed those up, though, unless he was out of stock of LC pads?

Ok so I got up this morning and got to work prepared all my stuff to go to town on the truck. So I started by cleaning all my wheels, tires and wheel wells. I used a somewhat heavy duty ratio I would say it is about 6:1 or so:dunno:. Then I sprayed it all over my wheels, tires & wheel wells. This stuff is Badass! It knocked out all kinds of caked on crap on the wheel wells. Also sparyed some Hyper Dressing on the tires too!

I then decided to get rid of my FX4 stickers too(daddy should be so proud:D). I got a heat gun and put it on the lowest setting and slowly waved it across the sticker and peeled it up. It looks so much cleaner looking now.

Interior:
I used Adam's Leather Conditioner for the seats. All I have to say is this stuff is awesome it is actually way better than my Meguiar's stuff. I also used the new Ultimate Protectant it replaced Auto Trim Detailer. I used it for the dash and the center console. I will use the Quick Interior Detailer for the doors b/c its not as greasy. But it looks great. I used it on the mirrors too.

Well then I did a thorough 2 bucket wash method with Meguiar's Deep Crystal Wash. I used their MF wash mitts too. Then I Clayed the whole truck and the headlights and taillights. I did the glass on the side w/o the sun on it. By this time the sun was up pretty high and it was drying up the QD quicker than I could clay. So I backed the Truck into the garage and taped off the bedrails and emblems and covered the bumper pad(for any M105 or M205 splatter). I did the same processes as Mblouir's thread so I won't go into detail on how to do it but here are my results. I didn't get a chance to finish the front half of the truck gonna do that in the morning. I did M105 & M205 I will do the Meguiar's DCP tomorrow too as well as Wax

Nice man! Get some more before and afters so we can critique the hell out of you. :p

Just kidding. But not really. It's the only way to improve. Looks great so far! Yeah APC+ and HD is an amazing combo for wheels and tires.

Glad to hear you are happy with the process, then. Detailing is one thing I don't mind spending money on. It gets expensive but it's so much nicer having a clean vehicle all the time.

Yeah I forgot you clayed. It's a beast to clay these things. But....now that you've done it you won't have to do as much next time. I like to ~every 6 months or so. I'm sure it hasn't been clayed since it was made, so the difference between about 4 years and 6 months is huge. You'll have 1/8th the work to do next time.
