Yeah it looks like something with the timing chain and a bad bearing. Pretty much shot
:( Sorry to hear that. Are you going to have the engine rebuilt, get a new engine, or are you going to get something entirely different? :dunno:

Looking at prices for a used replacement engine right now than going from there

It's the 4.2 I6 and had just over 213k
I thought that's what you had in it. I hope you can find something with not so many miles on it to replace it with. The TB just looks to good to not try and get it going again.

Well after some research and pricing I think the Trailblazer will be going down the road. Hopefully on a few months I'll be looking for another truck.
