Running the catted. It's supposed to make it smell a little better and be a little quieter... I really don't need it any louder than it is now. I have a Gibson cat back dual sport system on it when it starts to build boost it cracks pretty loud.

Yeah that's a good call. I'm running my headers catless right now. It does stink and damn once I get into boost this thing is loud. I plan on sticking some magnaflow cats in my Y as soon as I can get a chance.

Yeah it was crazy. I remember thinking about how loud it was when you posted up that burnout video....

What kind of exhaust system are you running? I was thinking maybe a big magnaflow may quiet mine down a little. Or maybe put a couple straight through resonators in before the muffler just get rid of the rasp under boost? What do you think?

I'm running a Corsa Touring system. It sounds mean under throttle and no drone at all even with no cats. It's just too loud especially when I'm towing. I'm going to stick cats back on it first then if I need to I will stick a magnaflow resonator on it.

I would see how it sounds without the resonator first, the converters may take care of the raspiness.

For those of you not familiar with it.. ARH doesn't make 3/4 ton headers. The problem is the 4l80 trans. There is an ear on the transmission that needs to be trimmed off and they go right on.
