I have some TSP LTs and they just clear it without trimming.

Break any bolts getting the manifolds off?

Nope... I was really worried about it but they all came out great! The bolts were even black yet... No problem at all!

Only 65000 miles on it... Not sure if that make a difference. I've owned it since new.

Well.... All the projects are done for now... Got the headers on, exhaust run, injectors in and stereo installed.. I haven't done the brakes yet. The originals are working well, I just figured I would replace them because they're 11 years old. If I don't do them before I will replace them when I install my 4.56 gears in June. That will all have to come apart anyway. Pleasantly surprised by the headers. Getting rid of the stock cats and having the little cats right of the header made it quite a bit quieter in the cab! The wife even mentioned it. Seems like a nice boost in power, the tune from blackbear seems really good!
