I figured since I am installing a new master cylinder I maywas well make it look nice.

Yeah, that is what I was thinking. But nah. That will happen when I tear the truck down in a few years.

Just power wash, throw a tarp over the motor and paint. Then cover everything you painted and paint the motor.
