Here are a couple tractors that I saw that might be perfect for the job.

This one might be a little older than you were wanting but is a great deal!

John Deere 4100 Tractor & Loader

Here is a newer one.

Really nice place there T. I hope you can keep that mower because with all that grass it will be one fast mower to use and you will enjoy it over a conventional tractor style.

The Kabota BX2360 sounds like a good model to get. Not super duty like the regular B line but capable of doing what you need. I hear nothing but praises on the Kabota brand although JD is a good brand as well. If you got one I would go with a diesel, the extra torque will more than pay for itself I would think not to mention bullet proof.

The Kubota LA481 is a personal favorite of mine. You might think it is a little bigger than what you need but front end loaders on tractors are designed for mulching, pushing snow but when you get to dirt it gets to the point when you are pushing payload abilities. It's not so much an issue of capacity but more so an issue of the hydraulics, will they actually lift the load?

The LA481 has a lifting load of 1048lbs but even a wet load of dirt can breach that.

I couldn't give you any solid reasons why you should buy the Kubota over any other brand or John Deere for that matter. Likewise, I'd be hard pressed to convince you for any reason why you should buy a John Deere over a Kubota. They are both good tractors!

This tractor may be a little older than what you are looking for but I am sure there is a newer version to be comparable.

John Deere or Kubota are both good machines, although that particular shade of green is usually quite expensive by comparison. I'd search out a Kubota for your needs. But don't over look New Holland, Massey Ferguson or even Bobcat as you might get a good deal.

I can't give you squat on what tractor, but that place looks like everybody's dream home. :cheers:Congrats Tobias. The only drawback to a place like that is...you're going to be busy with the upkeep.
