A good radiator shop can replace the tanks.

I don't see any green coolant leaking out. Is that pure water? If that's the case, running pure water is probably what caused it to crack. Water boils at 212° and steam creates a lot of pressure. I have had bad experiences from using water instead of antifreeze. I ran hot pretty often because the water would boil and most of it ran to the overflow because of the added pressure.

It that other color of coolant you buy now. Its brownish color. I was running pure water been water pump was leaking.

Dave, you probably have a radiator shop close by that can fix that.

You should be able to get yours rodded and repaired for less than that.
