You meeting with the lawyer today? I'm curious to see what he says. I've never dealt with lemon laws personally.

It might not hurt to talk to the dealer. Maybe they're trying to make you go away. Or maybe they're trying to remedy the situation without lawyers.

Just document everything.

Talked to the dealer this morning. Their attitude has changed completely and they are willing to cover 100% of the cost to fix it.. Nichole called the lawyer to reschedule and she talked to the lawyer a bit. The lawyer wants me to get it checked out professionally and get back with him. I think I'm gonna give the dealer the chance to do what they say they are gonna do..

What are they going to do about the rust that you said was everywhere?

The frame has some rust but isn't to the point of not being safe or affecting anything else.. The brakes on the back or rusted very bad. They said they would be willing to fix it to.

They said "it had a little rust". it's my fault for not getting up under it and assessing it.
