Really? I have had it for well over a year with no problems. I need to get my windshield replaced because there is a crack that runs half way across the windshield on the driver side. I am debating getting 50% on the whole thing, then a 5% brow over the top of that, or just another brow like I have. Oakdale has some super lame cops that will hassle people for modified vehicles, but they haven't stopped me in a while. The last time I got hassled by them was when I still had my 04 Sierra SCSB with 2.5% on the rear window and 5% on the driver/passenger windows. They pulled me over for "swerving" and when I passed the field sobriety test he wrote me up for a tint violation. I had been pulled over 5+ times previous to that for various reasons (swerving, burnt out bulbs, and speeding usually) and never once had them say anything about the tint. The time I did get written up for it was at the end of the month and the dude who wrote it is the son of my mom's good friend.

DOT and the highway patrol are A**HOLES here. They got me for 86 bucks for my drivers window and passenger front windows to dark. The two back seat windows and the rear windows can be as dark as I want. Prick couldn't find anything else wrong with my truck so he hit me with window tint fine. 86 bucks and I had to get it signed of on within 10 days. So now the tint up front is legal which stinks and everything else is dark with the exception of the windshield.
