Window tint..

one big fear of having the WHOLE window tinted is getting into a wreck.. somehow my fault..and i get sued for having an illegally tinted windshield. i know someone would pull that card. i think imma just do a nice big strip at the top. call it a day.

I agree 100%. That way nobody can claim your tint caused a wreck. All that might happen is a ticket... which is no big deal.

In my 20 years in the auto glass business I've only seen one windshield completly tinted.The gentleman who came into the shop had a doctor's note stating that the windshield be completly tinted after the install due to him having skin cancer.
