I got the one for the wifies TB, but not for my truck I thought I had it, but then I looked and it was just the generic used car one, but I do have my build sheet in an email from nice nameless person though...

I've got mine filed away for my '97 and my '09. I'm not sure what ever happened to the one for my '90 (probably got lost in a number of moves).
