67 or 68 GMC, grille looks aftermarket. Would need to see the back window to be certain on year. 67 had a smaller back glass IIRC.

Well reason I say aftermarket is guessing mostly, that looks way to shiny to be original. Body looks 67, grille looks 68 since I don't see the GMC embossed in the grille.Grille looks like the regular GMC grille to me...
67 was in the grille, 68 had letters on the nose of the hood.
It's a 68-70 GMC grille.
The 67 had GMC in the middle bar.

Correct... I forgot about the letters in the grille...
It looks like a 67 truck with a re-chromed 68 grille...
