It is not a tax refund.When my wife's father passed away around 12 years ago or so, he set aside some farm land for us when she got married. We are going to be selling the land to her uncle who already farms it anyways. We have no use for the land and we can't cash rent it (it's in the legal terms.)
Well, that's good.. Well, not that he passed, but that it's not a tax refund! If it was, they are taking WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much money out of your checks!

If you can sell the land and get rid of your vehicle payments, all the better! I think that's something I said earlier on was to try to get rid of one or more payments. That'd be a much better deal than to trade one payment for another and hope it all works out the way you had hoped.
