Got the chains fitted, the front end checked (gonna need a pitman and an idler in a few months) and made an appointment to get the glow plugs replaced.
Got to drive it for the first time in a few days!
Took the Avenger to Texas this weekend, and really enjoyed it on the road. It is very comfortable and powerful, and got over 30 mpg for part of the trip. It averaged around 27.5 overall.
Also got my annual warning for speeding by Amarillo, I seem to get one almost every time I drive through there.
Its because the damn speed limit is 70 and its the flattest, straightest stretch of road around.
It should be 85 through there.
