Had to put my spare on the right-rear..........got a bolt in it  in one of my new KM2s :crybaby: I'll drop it off a tire place today to get it fixed

A bolt, I can see picking up a screw in a tire. That really sucks.

Prolly picked it up where I store my trailer & RV....

 That looks like a good sized one.

Funny thing is it's still holding air, hardly lost any.My budy heard a tick,tick,tick..I've had rocks in the tread that made the same sound. He took a quick look and found the bolt...

Yeah, the rocks stuck in the tread can be annoying as hell. They stick in these Generals I have. Did you get any kind of road hazard warranty when you bought the tires?

No,I was on a real tight budget.I was lucky to get the tires.I'm working today and deliver parts to many tire shops, there's one maybe a 1/4 mile from our warehouse,I'll drop it off on the way to work and pick it up some time during the day...

I had these Generals price matched at a local tire shop. They originally wanted over $800 for them, and I found them for $680 at another place, so they matched the price. They weren't to happy about it, but they do advertise it that way.

Just rip out the airbag you don't need that.

its expensive, its the side that i plowed the **** outta that deer a couple years ago, not sure why the sensor on the left side keeps failing.

Clayed the bedsides and passenger rear door. Paint overspray is a bitch.:)

i agree, ive clayed my truck a couple times its still pretty bad.

At least they should be able to patch it for you. I picked up a chunk of snow plow blade last winter in mine, and they barely would patch it. BIG hole. :ohnoes:

Drove it to work and filled it up with gas.......$80.50 today.

I am going to take it to get my last free oil change at the dealership later this afternoon.

Bernie: sounds like you've had a hectic day. Just look forward to tomorrow. And good idea not to let your wife drive your truck and possibly rip the side open.

Gary: Damn, that really sucks! Every time I hear a ticking sound now I fear the worst after having an allen wrench stuck in my tire (not my truck, on a car).

Geoff: Did you somehow break the wiring or connector for that sensor that could be grounding out or something. -- My mom's "check airbag" has come on now too. It better be covered under warranty!!

The truck is sitting all day (for the first time in a while). Rode the bike to run some errands this morning and taking it to work shortly.
