Woke up and it was gone this morning... stupid wife.

WHAT... you allow her to have her own key to YOUR truck??? :( :( :(

:jester:
No, we don't have his and her keys. WE have a set of tahoe keys, set of lightning keys, set of 58 F100 keys, and a set of cobra Keys. So when she got up this am, she decided to drive the lightning.
Funny story. My 3 year old looked out the window and noticed my truck was gone. She came in the living and said "daddy, when mommy get home she be in trouble..."

Took it to the dealership and got the oil changed. Used the third of my four free oil changes I got when I bought it. :dodge:

Found out from the mechanic that my pinion gear got a little ratched from some of the debris from GMs cuckoo clock( G80). So now Im replacing gearset, bearings, etc......he also told me the slip yoke that was sticking on the rear driveshaft seems to be working fine now so no having to pay for it to be rebuilt!

So, in other words, you should've just taken the complete rear axle
