Went 4-wheeling on the way to work!

A strong rain / wind storm is moving in and there are a lot of downed trees, power outages, street light outages, etc., on the way to work.

On my usual route, down by the beach, I came across a downed tree (huge) across the road. The cop that was stopping everyone (and turning them around) told me I could "Go ahead, as long as I put it on 4 wheel drive and drove on the shoulder). Instead of driving around this (3 miles), I kicked it over to 4WH and proceeded to get a crapload of mud everywhere. Cop wasn't impressed when I started flinging mud on his car :dunno:. I had fun! :jester:

:jester: Can't take pictures in the dark!

The only way I knew I was slinging mud on his Charger was when I felt my truck starting to sink in the mud, I kind of gave it a little gas, just a little :D, looked in my rear view mirror (I was under street light) and saw mudballs flying up in the air about 10-15 feet and landing, ever so neatly, on his hood . He was standing there, with his hands on his hips, looking towards my direction. I am sure he was glaring at me :D2

Washed it yesterday and got filthy from the slush. But can't complain about the 5 degree weather!
