According to my radio communications software the International Space Station will be passing almost directly over the house at about 05:50 AM tomorrow morning. I'll light up the truck and get 'em to snap a few pics.

Actually, I've been planning to shoot a few shots of it at night, and maybe some video.

I should fill up with gas, so it doesn't cost so much. I think I'll wait until tomorrow when I have a little less than a 1/4 tank. I want to put some Chevron Techron fuel system cleaner in the tank.

Yes they do. They're actually a lot brighter than the video shows, because the camera sets the light levels. To give you an idea of how bright, that greenish reflected light on the back doors is from a 150 watt mercury vapor yard light about 15' from the truck, and those square yellow strobes are visible for 2 miles in full daylight.

Those rear lights sure light up the area nicely.


My dad drove it to work yesterday since his car had a donut on it (he drives farther and faster than is safe for a donut). So I really didn't drive it at all. Drove his '02 Neon in the morning and my mom's old '97 Stratus in the afternoon/evening to go back to school.
