Need to start it today and drive it.
It has not been started for 2 weeks.
I have been driving the Caddy for a work truck...

More luxury's for your last week of work. The truck will understand.

I hope so...
Don't want to have to jump it off too.

I had the Caddy parked in the garage for almost 2 weeks and I forgot to turn off the Radar Detector and cell phone charger.

Went out to drive it and the battery was D E A D...:(
The interior lights wouldn't even come on.
Called OnStar and they had a guy here in about 15 minutes and jumped it off.
I like OnStar...

I left one sit for a month before, and it fired right up. Of course, that was an old '72 Cheyenne.

I think what happens is the Retained Accessory Power module doesn't turn everything off like it should if I leave the Radar Detector on and the cell phone charger plugged in.

It is supposed to turn everything off after 10 minutes...but if you open a door or unlock it...it automatically turns on and wakes up everything else.
I think leaving stuff plugged in keeps everything from going to sleep and then kills the battery if it isn't driven at least once a week.

You're probably right. When I was working up in Michigan this time last year, I didn't start my truck for the 7 days I was there. It hesitated to start when I was getting ready to come home. :dunno:

Fixed the oil leak. It was pretty obvious it was the filter gasket that was leaking so I grabbed a rag and tried turning it. Fwonker was pretty loose and I got a half turn on it one handed.

Felt gritty though, so I'm taking the truck in for an oil change ASAP.
