Need to wash the bugs off the front...drove 2000 miles over the past 2 weeks.
You CAN'T change the filter on the GMT-900's can you?
Never tried.
Now on the other hand, I have changed manya fuel filter on my JD mower... especially when I put some of that crappy ethanol a couple of years ago...![]()

I thought they'd made that a non-serviceable part now
And the ethanol was just cleaning your mower from years of crappy dino-gas![]()
I figured you were going to say something along those lines....Just put a new battery in it. I have to take it down to a buddies garage this afternoon and have him work on the fuel lines and filter. I can't get that damn thing off lying on my back.![]()
I have a question...
Why do almost everyone change fuel filters so often?
In my 50 years of driving I can only recall a couple of times that I actually "NEEDED" to change a fuel filter because it was stopped up.
I did change the one on my '99 truck...once at 100,000 miles and again at 250,000 miles.
Nothing was wrong with it...I just changed it because I didn't have anything better to do right then..
My current truck has 91,000 on it and I have never changed it.
Maybe I should change them more often...![]()
