Changed the rear end gear oil with AMSOIL Severe Gear.

something that doesn`t melt, was going to try the style that used the tube fuses. :dunno:
Then definitely stay away from the glass fuse holders!!

IMO, use blade-style (ATO, ATC) fuses for low-current circuits under 40 amps and wafer-style fuses (ANL, AFS) for high-current circuits over 40 amps.

I`ve had three blade style ATOs melt :(

last one was even a maxi fuse, melted at the blade connections too. :dunno:

Try crimping the sockets in the blade fuses holder so they clamp the fuse tighter. Believe me, you'll have much worse luck with glass fuse holders.

I really wish ANL/AFS fuses were made smaller than 40 amps, they are the best hands down.

the fuse it about 8" from the battery the cable is maybe 24" long :dunno:

I clamped the maxi fuse, and it melted. do you have a pic of the anl/afs fuse style kyle?
