Looks great but I'd suggest sticking the valence back on. The 400's just look odd without them, IMO.

That's exactly what I told my son, but he likes it and I won't let him crank the T bars. So this is his lift on the cheap.
Some 400's look good with it off, but stock height just doesn't for some reason. :dunno: I've thought about it, but I don't think I will.

This pulled up tonight. Damn kids.

Holy Shit!! I'd kill myself if my truck looked like that! Not that I have a problem with it at all, but I don't like the thought of mud getting stuck in the wheel wells, trapping moisture, and rusting it out. Other than that, I'd love to do that sometime!!

I would have parked in the driveway, let the truck get rained on, then laugh at the dirt outline on the ground.

So how's your son liking the truck so far? :D

Well, on Monday, I drove the S10 to haul my motorcycle home....finally. Then drove the S10 to my grandma's to park it for the summer.

We have too many vehicles outside (4; Silverado, S10, mom's old car, and brother's car) and I couldn't justify paying insurance on both trucks. I have my motorcycle for nice days and gas mileage (45mpg), my mom's old car (25-30mpg) for when I don't want to drive the Silvy, and obviously the Silvy (15-16mpg) for towing/hauling anything. I'm still covered and can still drive a variety of vehicles.....just no more 5spd for the summer.

Drove my mom's car all week. Hopefully I'll get to ride my motorcycle tomorrow if this rainy weather ever goes away. Then on Saturday, I'm hauling my buddy's demo car back from his uncle's to get the motor pulled.

Finally had a break in the rain and decided to take the back door panels off to replace the rear speakers...

Much cleaner and crisper than the stock paper speakers!
