de-greased the front end. it seems that every liquid the engine has was spilled on everything up there.
i was covered in oil/grease/fuel/anti-freeze yesterday doing the meth install. no bueno!!

Polishing it. Just had it in the sun and didn't see any swirls on the back half.

Mine is FINALLY down to 10%
It took 6 months, and 6,000 miles to get there. This is the first time I have ever gone that long, time wise.
Doing mine next weekend, and sending off a sample. Lots of idle hours on this oil.
Never burned a drop of the XL
My latest oil change was Amsoil XL as well and I've driven farther already than I ever did on Mobil 1 and not messages from the oil life monitor yet.
My oil life monitor still has me changing at close to the regular 3000 - 4000 area... But it also sees the rev limiter at least once every time I hit the road...
Polished it some more and cleaned some of the plastic and vinyl.
