Filled it up with gas, drove through traffic, which I hate

Almost sent my work truck for a swim........Trying to go to a site and hit a patch of ice climbing a steep hill on a road skirting a lake. I had a trailer on with a Polaris Ranger on as well. Wheels spun on the ice, truck started sliding back, and the trailer jack knifed off the edge of the road bank. Finally got the truck stopped with the trailer about 2" from touching the side of the service box. Got everything stabilized and got the winch hooked up to a strap on a tree. After about 1.5 hours of winching off 3 different trees, and some shoveling and tire chains, I got everything out with no damage (I don't know how!!!!!).
Worst part of the whole deal was that I had a news crew with me who wanted to do a story on snow, so the ordeal ended up on camera. It will be interesting to see what gets shown in the story when it airs!![]()
