That sucks, that's the reason I don't like taking the bike to work in the summer. All the dust on job sites or at the shop our yard is gravel and running a fork truck out there coats everything. I'm way too lazy to wash crap that often. At least with the truck it's parked outside when it rains so it gets washed then but I try not to get wet on the bike.

I'm with you on that. My wife thinks I'm nuts because I use one of those dusters on my truck when I get home.
