Water Jet Skid plate

It doesn't matter if the plate is soild or has any holes I assume.

Sorry blanking right now, please explain.

For airflow, versus backing up the cut out design with another plate for strength making the entire plate soild.

Oh, got ya! You could also do vertical slats behind it too. Or something of that nature.
It doesn't have to be all or nothing... Either way it is still a BA design.

Simplified as per Rich (fabricator). Text and wings gone, Now that it's simpler, Rich says he may be able to cut it out for me, may not need a water jet. Although a water jet would certainly be more precise, I'm going to get an estimate.
