If used for its named purpose, I only see one issue... The skull is only attached at one spot. I feel like it would break or bend. Other than that it looks BA.

That's just cruel. Ok, I'll leave it out if ya'll agree. Was just afraid it wouldn't look as personalized without it, and it needed something which was before I added the wings.

Yep, I thought about that too(the skull area). I could either use really thick stock (it will never be put to the test anwyay) or I could back it and weld another piece of aluminum giving it a debossed look and pcoat the inside black (leave everything else the chrome powder)
