I say leave the headache rack and lights on it and ask $8K and let the guy that comes and tries to haggle you down to $7250 think he got a great deal.

How much land you looking at getting

It is the last piece of land in my family. 19.5 acres roughly.

Why do you guys want me to leave the headache rack so bad?

Sell the truck with all the gear on it, it will sell faster that way and you don't have to worry about storing it or selling it later. Ask Lee about this one..

Land is great to have, my grandfather always said it was a good investment. Especially since they stopped making it. Good luck Tyler.
