We are old Michael. Young ricer types LIKE for the tires to be too narrow for the wheel. The stretched look is in. For some reason they think it looks good? I think it looks like shit.

Yeah. I've seen it on a lot of ricer cars here and the Asians here seem to really like doing it to VWs and BMWs. It's a fad but it's counterproductive to both performance and safety... plus I bet it fucks tire wear!
