What does the fluid look and smell like? Sounds like she's done. Running without the modulator is never a good thing.

No overdrive in a TH350.

I am curious about your engine numbers. Did you have that 350 dynoed? I have built quite a few of them, and have never achieved hp/tq numbers with a standard displacement, hyd cam, and only 750 CFM on a Performer intake.

Welcome to the site. Others will be along with more trans info, I am sure

If your engine truly puts out the hp & tq numbers like you say it does I highly recommend installing a TH400 trans,a TH350 isn't going to last very long unless it's built to withstand those numbers.

Can't help on that last part but any chance you have pics of the engine and shots of the dyno results? Those are pretty amazing numbers.

Just what improvements did you make to the trans? If you truly have that much power, the trans would never last. Actually the first time you stood on it in a full size truck, 580 lb ft would induce immediate slippage and fry the first band.

What torque converter did you install? "Pretty Big Cam" for those numbers, would mean it is truly massive, and that is another issue. If you ran a stock TQ, this truck would cook the trans just getting itself rolling. No stall?

Cold air intake? Please post the pictures of this.
