I ordered my tonneau cover from this website a while back because it was the best deal I could find on the web. I didn't have any problems, but I have seen on this and other forums about people that have had tons of trouble with this company. I just assumed it was a very small company that wasn't very well run, based on the feedback, but just now I was watching TruckU on speed and everything they put on the truck they were working on was from truckaddons.com.

Has anyone had any better luck lately with this company? Has their customer service improved? Again, I have never had a poblem with them, but was just wondering what the updated status was? Is this a company you guys would order from again?

I ordered my N-Fab nerf bars from them about 2 years ago I think... It was fast shipping and good prices.. But when I recieved the product they labeled them wrong (L was R, R was L) and their customer service told me that if the holes weren't there then I needed to drill my own..

Good thing I took some time to switch them.. Worked perfect.

I would probably buy from them again. But I have heard a LOT of people say bad things about them..

I have not used truckaddons, but I have used mechanics-warehouse.com once. They had my nerf bars the cheapest. There's another site that looks just like mechanics', but I can't remember the name. Like I said, I've only ordered from them once, but I was happy.

I might buy tires off of them they are the cheapest I have found yet but im trying to see how much shipping is.

I don't know if you have looked at 4wheelparts.com but I got an email yesterday. They it has free shipping on tires this weekend and a rebate on some tires

I think the site is kind of hit and miss... And you have to think, majority of people go online to post complaints they have about them and not really when they have a good transaction... So your goin to hear a lot more bad..
