i had the exact same tint on my old truck for over a year never got stopped, ive had everything on my truck at 5% for almost 3 months except the front windows so its not a big deal, and i see perfectly fine with my white night back up light

i think i finally found a way to not run the power wire through the firewall today, after talking to my remote start guy, i guess there is a fuse for the parking lights off of his remote start box under the dash and it is a fused ground, so i bought a brake controller plug and am going to hook the power to the lights to constant power and then the ground to the fused ground and then it will act just like the parking lights do. So when they are supposed to be on they will be and when i unlock/lock the truck everything will flash and the best part is i dont have to butcher the boot in the firewall up to have them work

I like it that my lights don't flash. Then people don't know its unlocked. The only lights that come on are the dome lights (which are harder to see at night than the exterior lights).

i dont have a choice with my remote start, but its alright i had the same remote start in my old truck and ive gotten used to it

bassically by going to that fused ground wire it will do anything the parking lights do it would be the same as running the wire under the hood and going to the parking light fuse

So what all is set to flash?

Some vehicles are just the parking lights/tail lights. Others make their reverse lights and headlights/fogs stay on.
