Do you have a pic with the axis numbers? What gear were you doing the pulls at?

The best dynos to use for tuning, are load bearing dynos, rather than the inertia dynos. Inertia dynos (DynoJets) have a 20% inflation of numbers- what folks call the "DynoJet Factor" (DynoJet Factor Explanation).

Taking that into account (without seeing the x and y axis for verification)
Your baseline (without the parasitic drive train loss) would have been:
242.56HP 263.336TQ
Your final numbers with cam would have been:
292.208HP 295TQ

That being said, numbers are just that, numbers! As long as you are happy with how your truck drives and performs, that is all that matters!

i know that dyno numbers are only numbers doesnt give the hole picture of the trucks perf but its just to compare with other dynoed trucks

i did the run on the 4th wich is 1.15 and 3.42 gears

YIKES! Fourth gear is WAY TOO HIGH- especially on a DynoJet. It revs out too fast, probably around 2 secs rather than 10 secs. For proper tuning, you should have been in 2nd or 3rd gear.
And be careful of your driveshaft? do you still have the stock one? was it high speed balanced?

yes stock one , never did anything to it , i also have stacked blocks in da rear:eek:

i got up to 145 one time with no shacking at all:ohnoes:
