Thats a sweet truck ide snatch it up if you could get it for around 5k. My buddies dad has one like that, it used to be the DD/farm truck and has around 400,000kms on it and its still running strong which is pretty surprising considering it was used hard.

Just had a guy call me and offer me a 1986 Toyota truck + 4grand cash for my car. He is a mechanic and owns his own shop. He said the truck has no rust on it, it's lifted, 4.88 gears, and he rambled off a bunch of other shit including a new tranny. He said everything was done "right" not half ass. He is sending me pictures tonight, I will post as soon as I get them. Thoughts?

He said it has a fiberglass bed on it, and it's been taken care of. He does body work at his shop also, so I'm guessing it has been cared for. The one thing that interested me is the fact he was willing to put 4k with the truck, that would compltly elminate a car payment for me, which would help a lot, plus I could get rid of full coverage insurance on it. I wish he would hurry up and send pictures.
