Thoughts on this truck? **UPDATE See Post #144**

Ok, so I know I just bought a car, but my wife drives a jeep liberty and she drives way more than I do everyday. We are thinking about selling her Jeep and she will drive my car, and I may get another truck. I really miss having a truck around, and living out in the country and helping on the farm, a car doesn't make much sense for me to drive. What do you guys think about this truck? I am going to get something older, cheaper for parts, and don't have to worry if it gets a scratch or dent on the farm. http://indianapolis.craigslist.org/cto/2370478905.html

Oh and I don't want to driver her jeep, it is way to small for me, I have to squeeze into the drivers seat every time I get in and out.

I would need more info. Doesn't look like a bad looking truck. The stock 7.3 Non turbo motor is pretty gutless in stock form though.

Seems kinda high to me. At least around here. I think that's probably the old 7.3 IDI. Wouldn't be my first choice for a diesel.

I emailed the guy for more information regarding the motor. It does say newer motor. My dad had a truck just like this back when I was 16, I loved the truck.

Overpriced, and the pre-94 (non-turbo) 7.3 diesels were total dogs. I would definantly pass and keep looking. I have seen some pretty decent deals on CL here since gas prices went through the ceiling.
