It's from their customer survey. They aren't all new models.

People lie their asses off in these surveys - sort of like my next door neighbor who thinks GM builds the worst cars ever made while his 2010 Prius has been recalled three times and had an electrical system failure that left him on the side of the road - yet my GMC has never seen the dealer in 4 years and has been flawless.

Doesn't matter. He still thinks Toyota does no wrong. You cannot reason with liberals. Truth means nothing to them.
