Yep, pretty much. They went and put these nice little concrete circles around all the posts on base. I forgot and bumped one.

That's how I ruined my old bumper also

Nope. But little plastic pieces off the bumper do. I just barely bumped the outside corner and the whole bumper cracked. POS. Hubby still thinks I did it so I could go ahead and order my other bumper.

Well,did ya? Tell him the new bumper will be stronger,therefore safer( for the kiddees)
