It appears that I can add the power and heated. How do you adjust the power part of the mirror? Where is the nob in the cab?

There is a switch along with a dial type deal (controls up, down, left, right) located at the front of the door panel. Right above the power window controls. You'd probably have to get a new door panel, unless you can just buy that assembly
