Does having twin antenna's really make a difference or is it just a fashion statement?

It gives you a stronger signal. I have crazy range with mine.

Usually only if they're 8 feet apart... Though, that might be different with the shorter antennae...

I do like the shorter ones to but for them to be more effective firestik recommends for 2/3 of them to be above the cab.
