And you WILL want to make sure your low beams to NOT turn off when you turn your highs on... Otherwise you'll be blind for a few seconds whenever you turn your highs off.
Since I currently have the Highs+Lows+Fogs mod, you're saying to keep this right? (keep the Lows on when you turn on the Highs, correct?)

Yeah, keep it like that.

I would have HID's in my highbeams if they didnt have the warm up time. :dunno: If I could flick them right on and they be instantly on just like a halogen bulb, then I would do it. I don't wanna get stuck on a dark road where I need more light to see a curve up ahead anf I flick on the highbeams but by the time they fully ignite, I'm driving thru the curve already. :dunno:

I've got the 6000k and i constantly get flashed at from oncoming traffic. So I keep adjusting them lower to keep from blinding them. So I think imma order some 5000k's.

I think he means over a period of time. I have noticed my 6k have gotten more bluish. They were more white at first.

Don't forget, your lights WILL color shift.... Basically your 5000s will shift to 6000 and so on... Your 4300s will eventually turn into 5000s.
How/Is this true?? :dunno:

OEM bulbs take longer, because they're higher quality, but it still happens...

The salt gets used up, or otherwise just wears out kinda thing...

Less light output + colorshift = bad

HID bulbs are essentially flourescent lights.... They start changing color and loose light, as the gas/salts get used up/old.
