TMC 2013 NASCAR CHAMPION,
Well I finally got around to cutting up the 66 Chevy c10 frame I had in the yard for the last 6 months that's the cab on my truck came off of. I decided it was time to get rid of the leaf spring susp on the rear and up grade to the coils. Had all the parts on the 66 frame so why not. Plus it will be a smoother ride. And if I ever decide to bag it it will be pretty easy to do so.
So far I got all the brackets removed from the Chevy frame and mounted in mine. I did remove the cross member that was between the front leaf mounts. I need new bushings for the trailing arms but should be all I have to buy except maybe a new rear brake hose mine may not be long enough. But here's a few pics so far. Plan is to tack the bracket on the rear end in place before we remove any of the leaf spring stuff.
