Terrible Day!

I went to Muncie, IN last night to visit my sister who turned 21 today. We went out and all last night then today we went to eat lunch and my parents met us there. When my wife and I went to leave, truck started up just fine and then I drove one block and everything went dead. I now can't get the truck to start, had it towed to a Ford dealership and now have to wait till Monday to see what is wrong. We tested the battery, it is fine. I'm just pissed off right now because I had to leave my truck in Muncie and catch a ride home with my parents.

Yep not to mention my sisters best friend was rear-ended on the way down, totaled her car, and while my parents were picking her up a semi hit the tow truck there and almost wiped out my entire family. It's not been a good day.

I really don't know what the problem is, it has to be something electrical. It won't even make a clicking noise when you try to start it, but the gauges and all the lights work.
