not bad. im pretty sure its the switch since when you roll up the dimmer to turn on the interior lights it works sometimes and most often it doesnt or maybe a flicker. need to pull the panel and check the wires first otherwise ill take you up on that one scotty

alright so figure ill get to work on the hoe since its gonna be making the trek to Nawleans this weekend.

First up is plugs and wires - gonna try the bosch +4 at 4.99 each with what wires? theres 2 different ac delco ones how do i know what length?

then gonna pull the maf and throttle body and run some cleaner through them and check the filters.

the rest shall get visual inspection and replace as necessary prior to the trip then once its back i can get to work on the rest.

looked up the vin and its a flex fuel so im getting the fuel filter also, and when was on chiltons site they said if it has blue foil on the wire its like 145mm and silver foil means 107 (or 110mm) so gonna have to check that.

thinking bosch wires at about 40 for the set is the way to go here.

Air filter is good to go

also has a sticker under the hood saying the trans power steering and one other thing had the fluid changed at 50K so those will stay for at least till after the trip.

Whats the easiest way to remove the plug wires from the plugs and then getting a good angle at the plugs? wheel off make it any easier??

Spark plug wire pliers are cool for stuck ones. A 3/8" drive universal joint spark plug socket works great for plugs (5/8")
