Spotted a ragtop SmartCar out in the wild!

We went out for dinner this evening and as we were walking out to the truck, we spotted this. Honestly, we could NOT stop laughing as we walked by it! I thought I'd snap a few pictures to share.

Really? A ragtop SmartCar? How safe is that!?!?!
