TX, where else should I be?
Those environazis give me trouble over my truck that gets 13ish mpg in the city while that ship of yours get 42 gallons per mile cruising.

Two questions.

1. What's that hanging above the piston, an electromagnet or something?

2. 11EE? Is that the mariner's version of the "wide stance?" :jester:

It is so that if the boat sinks he can swim back to shore using his duck feet.

Was the 10,000 hour a misprint? Cause that aint many hours considering how messed up those parts are looking.
Get some pictures of the fuel injection system. Does it have a pump or is it Unit Injected?
How much fuel does it burn in an hour and how big are the ships fuel tanks?
No misprint- 10,000 hours.

It has a fuel pump and injector, no unit injection.

Burns about 42 gallons per mile and carries about 1 million gallons of diesel fuel.

When you fill 'er up does the pump still shut off at $75?

Yes it does and they have to restart the pump 13,333 times so it takes awhile.
