The plugs have some wear, probly 90k miles worth is my guess. otherwise look very normal IMHO. the oil on the one plug was not from in the combustion chamber. notice any fifference with the new plugs? :D

From what I see that is a normal plug for the mileage. The oil isn't from the cylinder. If it was I would think it would have build up on the end of the plug as well. I was also told that Denso were installed from the factory. That is what was in my 02.

It is always a good idea to put anti-seize on the plugs because of the aluminum heads. Steel and aluminum will corrode to each other due to dissimilar metals, the anti-seize keeps them from doing that and makes them easier to remove. An inexpensive anti-seize is Milk-of-magnesia. put it on the threads, let it dry and then install. We use to put that on the hot section bolts inside the turbine section of the J-79 General Electric turbojet engine.

I haven't really driven it enough yet to tell. But I did notice that it idles a bit smoother. Before it would shake every once in a while, almost like it has a misfire or something. :dunno:

You betcha
Those plugs look terrible you'll have to throw away your engine and get a built LSX now.

Your plugs look like normal plugs with miles on them. I'm betting the previous owner got sold a "tune up" somewhere... hence the oddball plugs. :dunno:

Well, on my drive to work this morning, it definitely seems to be running a bit better. Seems like it has a lil more pep to it. :D
