Sick and tired!!!! Damn Craigslist

i have been looking for tires for my jeep off craigslist....and im looking for 33x12.50x15.....every time i find that size they say, "sorry sold few hours ago~!!!!!!!!" and this has happened to me 6 times today!!!!! the last guy i talked to was like ohh someone is coming in 45mins to check them out, i was like ok w.e let me know

3 hours later i call, ohh they havent came yet... so i asked can i come pick them up i have the money... ohh no i told them first so yeah yeah yeah.....2 hours later i call and he says they just picked them up!!!! SOB!!!!!!

EVERY OTHER DAM SIZE I FIND IS 33X12.50X16.5!!!!! FML!

Two weeks ago I was going to buy a Escort radar detector from craigs well I told the seller I would be there in the morning so I got ready set the address in my GPS and I called them and they said sorry we sold it last night. I was up-set but at least I didn't have to drive way into to Houston don't care for the traffic. Waiting on another Escort should be in soon paid less for it and im not having to drive for it.

I tried to buy a set of 09 stock wheels a while back. The guy said sure come get em. But when I called back a few mins later to get directions, he said he's sorry but his wife already promised them to a guy driving from 2 hours away. I told him I had cash in hand and could be there in 20 minutes, but he still refused.

I've never bought a thing from 'em. I don't have an account on Craigs list or e-bay.

I'm too skeptical to buy anything from CL, I have only bought a few things from ebay. I just read too many bad stories, I know there are good deals to be had but I'm not a gambler.

Craigs list over here on this end of the country seems to be ok for now. I have sold several things to include two water heaters. It is amazing what people come to pick stuff up in.

I get stuff on Ebay all the time. So far have not had any problems and get great deals. I just sold my old Minolta X-700 camera I had since 85 on Ebay for $65. It sold in ten minutes of listing it. It was just sitting here collecting dust and Wolf Camera told me that they would give me $5 for it. So now I have some spending cash for the holidays.

I scope out craigslist, but you just gotta watch out. Ebay that's different story I buy a LOT of stuff on there. I have sold a couple things on craigslist

I have sold some amps on CL before. Also sold my 5x14 utility trailer on there. Tried selling a few other things, but nobody wanted them. I also got an install gig from there too. A guy posted an ad saying he bought a Viper remote start off ebay but no local shops would install it for him. I emailed him and we ended up meeting up and I installed it for him for $150.

I've purchased from CL a few times with no probs.Bought my Burb & the toy hauler thru them.Now,I'm gonna be looking for a rear axle for an Expedition.
