I did call the guy as a courtesy(left a message)and told him I'll pass and wished him luck on the sale.

Agreed. Sounds like a lot of money that you know about to get it back running.. and no telling what else that you don't know about it..

$1500 for a non running truck with no title? **** that! I would run like a pack of rabid dogs was chasing me and I was unarmed.
